Returns

We pride ourselves on providing excellent service & quality products and we want our customers to be 100% happy every time!  Therefore, you can exchange goods within 14 days for any reason!  On the following basis: 

• Products (other than sale items) may be returned for any reason within 14 days for a credit of 100% of the product price paid (taking into account any discounts). No credits are available for shipping.
• This credit can be used to purchase other goods from the website.
• All returns must be notified to Customer Services via the Contact page to receive a Returns Number and instructions.
• Courier costs for returns are at the customer’s expense.
• All goods returned for exchange must be unused, unopened & in perfect original condition, including packaging. Otherwise they will be rejected.
• Returns must be received within 14 days of the date of delivery of your order.
• Once a returned item has been receipted into our system, we will email you confirming your credit.
